Dosage:
Inj: Peripheral neuropathies: Adt: 1 amp by I.M. or i.v. inj three times a week. Megaloblastic anemia: Adt: 1 amp by i.m. or i.v. inj three times a week. After two months 1 amp in a single administration at 1 to 3 months intervals for maintenance therapy.
Tabs: Adt: 1 tab three times daily

Precautions:
Prolonged use is not recommended for patients whose occupation requries handling of mercury or its compounds

AdverseEffects:
Hypersensitivity, Anorexia, nausea, diarrhoea, skin rash, Rarely during paranteral therapy headache, sweating, hot sensation

Indication:
Peripheral neuropathies. Megaloblastic anemia due to vit B12 deficiencies
